Purchasing Details
The price of the commemorative annual will be $100 each with all proceeds to Telethon. The book is availble to pre order at the time of your photoshoot. Please advise your photographer of the amount you would like to order. The publication will be avialble prior to Telethon 2008. You can organise to collect your 2008 Telethon phototgraphic album from the Viva studio or choose to have your copy sent via mail at the cost of $30.
